Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Angel. I am 26 years old. I am a mommy to my 9 month old daughter, Aria. I graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2014 with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I completed a 200 hour registered yoga teacher training in 2015; I am a registered yoga teacher and certified to teach but am not currently teaching although I do plan on it in the near future. In 2016, I completed a meditation and pranayama course. In 2015, I began working as a children’s social worker for LA County and still do. I’m still on my life’s journey learning new things about life and myself.
